The Hills Latest Episode

One of MTV’s most popular and highly followed TV hit series, “The Hills" documnts the life and loves
of some of Los Angeles’s most elite as they sailed through their studies, work and domestic life. The
show was hailed for its cast’s brave, elegant, and contemporary fashion and style! The series revolves on
its four main casts; Lauren Conrad, a former Laguna Beach star, fashion designer, and author; Audrina
Patridge, fashion designer and model; Heidi Montag, a singer, media personality and wife to Spencer
Pratt; and Whitney Port, a fashion designer, author and TV personality. Eventually, more cast members
were introduced into the show, but the original cast was so closely followed by their fans that the show
finally saw its last episode a number of months ago.

The Hills revolved around the life of its original main protagonists, initially in the series, Lauren moved
into Heidi Montag’s house as she studies and works at the same time. She soon landed an internship
together with Whitney Port and gradually became friends with Audrina Patridge. One of the highlights
of the show was the feud between Heidi and Lauren over a supposed sex tape Lauren had with her ex-
boyfriend. The initial hot topic of the sex tape moved on to more major plotlines like Conrad leaving the
hit TV series, the rift between Heidi and Spencer, the eventual kiss and make- up between Lauren and
Heidi, as well as the enmity between Audrina and Kristin, a new addition to The Hills cast…oh, and let’s
not forget Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery gaffes which made her the talk of the town for some time.

The show was not only a feast of high- end intrigues and interesting twists and turns, the show was
also highly popular because of the styles, designs, and fashion so blatantly showcased with each cast
member sporting their individual preferences, and consistent with the show’s unexpectedness, their
season finale lived up to the show’s reputation as they ended with a blast, with the viewers at the other
end of it.

House

He’s eccentric with serious personal issues and treats his patients like puzzles!

No other medical TV series has captured our attention other than House! The story revolves around the
professional and private life of Dr. Gregory House whose medical brilliance contrasts sharply with his
irreverent and horrendous bedside manners hat borders almost on the antisocial! It’s a show which will
keep you hooked as House and his team of doctors struggle to identify and treat patients with weird and
mind boggling diseases which leave the viewer hanging from beginning to end. It’s a series that perfectly
combines medicine, comedy, mystery and drama!

The story follows Dr. Gregory House who is one of the hospital’s most talented infectious disease
specialist and brilliant diagnostician… He does, however, make use of unconventional methods that
put him and his colleagues in hot water, but to be more specific, just him! Despite his gruff and brutally
honest demeanor, he does everything possible to save his patient’s life.

The setting of House is a fictional hospital in New Jersey and was filmed primarily in Century City. The
main cast of the show, House often clashes with his team of physicians, largely because of his eccentric
and bizarre hypothesis regarding his clients, it’s actually very comical to see how House was proven right
over and over again despite so many oppositions from almost all angles! The show highlights not only
his diagnostic and medical genius, but the hang- ups House has in other aspects, this includes his love-
hate relationship with his boss, his quirky friendship with Dr. James Wilson who, by the way, has shown
infinite patience and loyalty to House, and the intricate personal lives of his own medical team. House
is an exciting TV series that has plenty of substance! You even feel yourself getting smarter with each
episode! House is definitely one of my favourite TV medical Series of All time!

Glee

It’s fun, breezy, and refreshing! Glee is a brave, contemporary, one of a kind TV series that greatly
combines youthful energy, Broadway glitter and Primetime appeal to the screen as it follows the life of
a dedicated teacher Will Schuester as he seeks to revive and maintain the school’s glee club. He picks up
the most unlikely band of misfits to join the glee club and that’s where all the excitement t begins!

The story for Glee was actually designed initially as a movie but ended up as a TV series instead. Some
of the actors were screened from the Broadway and the rest of the actors with no theatrical experience
were required to prove that they have the talent for both singing and dancing. The powers behind the
show made sure to include a ‘little of everything” in the series, from R&B, rock, theatre, and so much
more! It’s an eclectic combination of so many music genres made more appealing and contemporary,
there were several sings from “Glee” that were made more popular by the show.

The hit TV musical features Will Schuester, McKinley High's dorky Spanish teacher who becomes director
of the school’s glee club, hoping to restore it to its former glory. And with every protagonist, there is
also an antagonist in the person of the School’s cheerleading coach, the loud, ostentatious and annoying
Sue Sylvester. The show also features Ms. Emma Pillsbury, the softspoken guidance counsellor who
harbour feelings for Will Schuester.

Of course, the life and cheer of the show is the Glee Club members who were tagged as the outcasts
and misfits of the school. One is Rachel Berry, one of the club’s most talented star who has Diva issues;
Finn Hudson, the school’s best quarterback who runs the risk of alienation by being in the glee club;
Kurt Hommel, the club’s countertenor who, being gay, has feelings for Finn during the first few series;
Mercedes Jones, a black fashion trendsetter who dislikes playing back- up; Tina Chang, with Asian
lineage who was artie’s ex- gf, and finally, Artie Abram’s, the glee club’s paraplegic member who is a
magnificent guitar player who dreams of dancing someday.
